Baked Apple Cinnamon Donut Holes Recipe
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder and pumpkin spice in a medium bowl. Set aside. In a small bowl mix applesauce, brown sugar egg, milk, vanilla and butter until combined. Add the applesauce mixture to the flour mixture, mix well.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the batter into a greased mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool slightly and remove from muffin pan.
Roll the donut holes in melted butter and then the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Delish! A nice touch: heat before serving.
