These cookies couldn’t be more perfect. They are super simple to make, they taste yummy — they have a rich, moist, chocolate cake-y flavor with creamy and crunchy white chocolate pieces — and they work well as a last minute gift or treat.
Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies With Cookies and Cream
Makes 2 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 box Betty Crocker Devil’s Food Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 4 oz Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Cream bar
Directions:
Pour the cake mix into a large mixing bowl. Add two beaten eggs, and 1 stick of melted butter. Stir until combined.
Crumble the white chocolate bar, and stir into the batter.
The batter is sticky, so use a spoon to scoop ball onto a cookie sheet. I recommend a Silpat to ensure that the cookies don’t stick.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. They taste tasty right out of the oven…
