Yummy yummy yummy! That’s all I can say about this crockpot creamy broccoli cheese soup. Well that, and that it’s super easy to make. It comes out cheesy and rich, warming, and delicious.
Crockpot Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup
Directions
Place the broccoli, carrots, garlic, onion, broth, cream cheese, half and half, salt and pepper in your crockpot. Cook on high for 2 ½ hours.
Scoop out 2/3 of the soup and puree in a blender. You can puree all the soup if you want it to have a smoother consistency. Be careful as it will be hot!
Pour the pureed soup back into the crockpot. Add the evaporated milk and shredded cheese. Mix to combine.
Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes on low. Serve the creamy soup with steamed broccoli, crispy bacon and sprinkled cheese on top!
