I saw these darling homemade party hats on Robyn B’s Peyton’s Sweet Shoppe Party and had to know how she made them.
Robyn graciously put together this tutorial for us. So a big thank you to you, Robyn!
Supplies:
- A couple sheets of coordinating scrap book paper 12 x 12
- Cardstock
- Matching cupcake wrapper (optional)
- Glue gun and glue
- Embellishments
- Chipboard monogram
- Matching ribbon
- Matching festooning available atĀ available at Bake It Pretty and Party Cheap
First go through your scrap paper and see what you have that might go together well and look for matching embellishments.
Robyn loves the funky colorful pattern on this paper.
Black, white and pink — so graphic and cool.
Pink and orange, like Dunkin Donuts!
Pink and green – pretty.
Robyn chose this one for the tutorial because of the pretty cherry blossoms and the vintage feel of the paper.
Robyn used an antique crochet millenry flower, a hat pin, and cream colored paper. Gorgeous!
Robyn says, “Pretty easy and so pretty!” We couldn’t agree with you more!
