Yarn-Wrapped Ombre Monogrammed Letter - What you need

Step 1: Apply the glue and wrap

Apply craft glue to the backside, the top, and the bottom of the letter. I glued about three inches, started wrapping, then added more glue as I moved up.

I left the ends of the yarn long until the whole thing had dried. Then I trimmed them.

Tips and Substitutions

By applying glue to a wooden letter and then wrapping yarn around the letter, securing the yarn and embellishing it.

You can also use cardboard or foam letters.

Why do I need to use hot glue?

Hot glue will hold or stick the yarn to the letters better than regular cold glue will.
