Step 1

Open the file on your computer and print the page using your color printer and some 8.5×11 inch card stock.

Cut out all the July 4th party printables and assemble each of the items according to our step-by-step instructions:
Welcome Signs
Place any one of the 4 welcome posters, or even all of them, in a frame at the entrance of your party, on a wall, or on your July 4th dessert tab
Blank Tented Cards
Fold each one in half, creasing it along the center line to create a tent shape.
Water Bottle Labels
Remove the existing labels on your water bottles and replace them with these July 4th-themed ones. Wrap them around your bottles and use, either glue or tape to fix them at the back.
Mini Pennant Flags
Cut out each flag, fold it over a string or ribbon, and secure it in place with glue or tape, to form a festive pennant banner that you can hang on a wall, or across a table.
Large Pennant Flags
Punch two small holes on the side of each of the triangles, and thread your ribbon or twine through them to form a banner.
Cupcake Wrappers
Wrap the wrapper around each cupcake, and secure it with adhesive or tape.
Straw Flags
Apply a small amount of glue to one side of the straw flag and wrap it around a straw, securing the flag in place.
Party Favor Tags
Add these tags to your party favors.
Cupcake Toppers
Attach each cupcake topper, with a dab of glue or some tape, to a toothpick, and place them onto your cupcakes, or snacks.
‘Happy 4th of July’ Banner
Punch two small holes on each side of the letter, and thread your ribbon or twine through them. Arrange the letters in the correct order to form the banner message.
