Hot Cocoa Fudge Recipe
What you need:
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweet condensed milk
- Mini marshmallows
- Parchment paper
Directions:
Combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute. Use a spatula to fold the melted ingredients together until completely combined. You will have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Line an 8×8” pan with parchment paper and spray lightly with oil. Pour the chocolate chip mixture into the pan. Tap the pan lightly on the counter to even out the fudge mixture.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the warm fudge. Press the marshmallows into the warm fudge. Place the pan into the fridge for 2-3 hours to set. Once the fudge is solid, slice into small squares and serve!
