No-Bake Espresso Pie Recipe

Combine mocha iced coffee, chocolate pudding, and coffee extract. Whisk until combined. Fold in one tub of the thawed Cool Whip. Pour the pie filling into the pre-made Oreo cookie crust. Place pie in the freezer for 5-6 hours until frozen solid.

When pie is frozen, spread a layer of cool whipped topping on the pie. Drizzle some of the chocolate over the cool whipped topping. Use a toothpick to make pretty swirls in the whipped cream.

  • 2 containers of Cool Whip thawed
  • Instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or coffee extract
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Oreo cookie crust
