This ooey gooey s’mores fondue is the perfect treat for a cold winter’s day! Pair it with honey graham crackers and fresh strawberries and give your family a dessert they will love.
What I like the most about this recipe is that the chocolate sauce is made with both semi sweet and white chocolate chips. Crazy, right?! Well, let’s get to the recipe…
- Mini marshmallows
- Semi sweet chocolate chips
- White chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 – 1/2 cups milk
- Graham crackers
In a double boiler melt 1⁄2 bag semi sweet chocolate chips and 1⁄2 bag white chocolate chips together with 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 cups milk. Be careful not to add too much milk because the chocolate sauce will become runny.
Adjust the chocolate and milk, depending on how much fondue you want to make.
Pour into a large ramekin. Top with mini marshmallows and broil for 12 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with honey graham crackers and fresh sliced strawberries.
