Star Wars Toffee Recipe
- Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup salted butter
- Black candy melts
- Blue candy melts
- Orange candy melts
- Yellow candy melts
- Silver and hold sprinkles
- Blue and white sprinkles
Spray a 9×13” baking dish with cooking oil. Line the bottom of the baking dish with Saltine Crackers. Set aside.
Melt butter with light brown sugar in a small pot. Bring to simmer for 1-2 minutes once the butter has melted. Pour the brown sugar mixture on top of the saltine crackers. Bake the Saltines and toffee mixture at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until the toffee is bubbly.
Remove from oven and cover the top of the toffee with the black candy melts. Give the candy melts a few minutes to soften, then spread over the toffee. Place in fridge for a couple minutes to set.
Melt the blue, yellow, and orange candy melts in separate bowls, each with ¼ teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave each bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring with each until melted.
Place random spoonfuls of each color over the chilled black candy layer. Use a spoon to swirl the colored candy melts together. Top the swirled chocolate with silver, gold, blue and white sprinkles while the candy melts are still warm. Place in the fridge to set.
When ready to serve, break up the cracker toffee and enjoy!
