I love washi tape! I wanted to use some to decorate back to school supplies for my daughter, Lainey. I bought the notebooks and pencils at Target, then used my washi tape to jazz them up!
To make the washi tape circles, first I stuck strips of overlapping washi tape on wax paper. Then I punched out the circles with my circle punches (I used a 2” and a 1/2″). I peeled the circles off the wax paper and stuck them onto my notebook. Simple!

Tomorrow is Lainey’s first day of 1st grade. She’s nervous and excited… and so am I. 🙂
